豆漿地瓜麵包


用麵包機做包有地瓜泥的純豆漿麵包,材料~~主麵糰:純豆漿一杯、全蛋一個、糖三大匙、酵母粉2小匙、蒸熟黃豆渣五大匙、鹽1/4小匙、高筋麵粉3杯、低筋麵1/2杯~~,所有材料依序放入麵包機,我按基礎麵包中度焦黃鍵(每部機器功能不同),待麵糰攪拌成糰時加入奶油二大匙繼續攪拌,當機器顯示發酵中快速拿出桿平塗上地瓜泥再捲成圓糰放回機器中繼續發酵烘焙。香噴噴的豆漿地瓜麵包金黃的內餡,真迷人!

    Maybe it's because you hide our breakmaker in the garage, so your better half can not use it.....Hello
