醃漬酸菜

大芥菜切割葉子分裝入袋加鹽搓揉裝瓶



今天在中國店買了九把芥菜,分別用紙巾擦淨後,把葉子分割成小片(較容易入味)裝入塑膠袋內加鹽隔著塑膠袋稍加搓揉到軟化就可以裝瓶了。
