Party casserole
好友要我幫她想一道適合Party的 finger food,我自創了這道烤的燉菜,材料一一麵包二片,炒熟碎肉半小碗,青豆(或其他蔬菜)半碗,牛奶3/4杯,shredded mozzarella cheese半杯,蛋二個,所有材料混合(不需任何調味因為cheese已有鹹味)放入烤盆(我用的是loaf pan)上面蓋aluminum foil烤20分後再拿掉foil灑些shredded mozzarella cheese在上面,再入烤箱烤5分,待上面變焦黃色,放涼後切塊放在cupcake的紙裡裝盤。

Canada Niagara Falls trip加拿大之旅
趁著國慶長週末和朋友一起出遊,一早開了8小時的車,第一站到尼加拉瓜大瀑布,氣勢壯觀的大瀑布還是那麼的令人感動,接著到中國城,大吃中國餐,還喝了兵馬俑甘蔗汁和買了蓮霧,浩浩盪盪一行十二人帶著滿身疲備回旅館享受各種戰利水果.

咖啡葵瓜子麵包
趁著今天天氣稍涼爽些,,準備自己烤些麵包,我用基本甜麵糰的配方~~髙筋麵粉3杯半,糖半杯,奶粉3大匙,發粉2小匙,水1杯,即溶咖啡1大匙,攪拌均勻後再加3又1/2大匙奶油拌成糰,~~蓋上保鲜膜等待發酵一倍大,整型後抺上蛋黃灑些葵瓜子,香噴噴的咖啡葵瓜子麵包30分鐘後就可以出爐了。
